Shipping policy
We ship within 1-3 business days of an order being placed.
Once an order is dropped off at the post office, Black Cedar is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged, not as a result of shipping issues, we will do what we can to refund or exchange it. However, for exchanges, we cannot guarantee that the item will still be in stock.
